Mary Ann was right on top of everything, always making the most of our short trips from New Jersey.
In less than a week, we had thoroughly scouted the area, found a home, placed a contract and had a full inspection. Mary Ann has such great experience, she was able to ensure that we maximized the elements of the contract process and maximized our time by having a HVAC specialist available at the time of the inspection.
It was a good thing we did. The HVAC specialist found a major problem with the air conditioning unit, that the typical home inspector would be unable to catch. This saved us not only the cost of repair, but the headache of having to do the secondary inspection at a later date (remotely), or worse, not finding the problem until it was too late.
I told Mary Ann that I wish we could have brought her to New Jersey to sell our house and I was serious. Mary Ann is THE BEST, hands down! Her experience and attention to detail are second to none, not to mention the fact that she is wonderful person and great to work with!

Our house had already been on the market for 20 months without a credible offer when the house next door to us was listed with Mary Ann Byrns. We thought pigs would fly before their house would sell3;. but she sold it in just a few weeks! Because our contract with our previous agent was expiring and we had seen the neighbor´s results, we felt we had to call Mary Ann. Her approach was innovative. Mary Ann assisted us in selling our home in 1996 when we left the great State of Texas. She was diligent in finding the right family for our home. She kept us updated on the entire process from listing to closing. In late 2003 it was time to return to Texas. Without hesitation we contacted Mary Ann and her team for assistance. She took the time to gather our requirements and provided a wide selection of homes and areas to preview. Over the next few weeks of looking at areas and homes, we made our decision. Steve Mary Ann has helped me purchase two different condos in Colleyville. I am a late bloomer when it comes to purchasing a home. Being a single teacher, I never thought I'd be able to swing it. However, Mary Ann knows the area and wrote a letter that she put on every condo in the area where I was looking. The letter simply said, "I have an interested buyer. Anyone interested in selling?" Within three months I was a home owner!
Even though my condo purchases have been small in comparison to many of the homes Mary Ann deals with, she always makes me feel just as important as the person buying the $450,000 home.
